At Rasikh Gems, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every gemstone and jewelry piece we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all certificates, packaging, and invoices.
• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery (India) or 14 days of delivery (International).
• The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Customized or personalized jewelry
• Products altered or resized after purchase
• Clearance or “final sale” items

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Contact Us

Email us at info@rasikhgems.ae or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

Ship the Item

Safely pack the item in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the product was defective).

Inspection & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Exchanges will be dispatched after approval.

Refund & Exchange Timelines

• Within India: 5–7 business days after inspection
• International: 10–14 business days after inspection

Important Notes

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
• Please keep your courier receipt/tracking details safe until the return is confirmed.
• Rasikh Gems is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
